ANNOUNCING . . .
The Labor Day Weekend Concert to be held on SUNDAY September 6th, 2015. Same
time and place . . . at the Sandbar . . . Noon to 5:00 P.M., weather and tides
permitting.

We have the talent
lineup for the Concert and it is as follows:

Opening the show is none
other than noted bluesman VIC SHERMAN! Vic is a slide guitar master and belts
out vintage vocals in the styles of New Orleans to Chicago!

Returning to the
floating stage this time is The Fabulous KEN KELLER. Ken delights the crowd the
popular tunes that will stimulate your musical memories and have you singing
along and playing Air Guitar! (think Marshall Tucker, Cheap Trick, Aerosmith
and more)

Then, HAL HAMMER, JR
and THE CROSS CREEK BLUES BAND will be cranking it up with high energy
blues, Southern Rock and Old Time Rock ‘n Roll!  Lots of favorites and
some originals from the latest CD. Don’t miss sizzlin guitarist, Frank King,
"Joltin" Joe Z on bass, Jeff Williams from Blue Earth Arts doubling
on keyboard & drums, and "Gentleman" George Meigel on Sax!

Special Guest Star Band
– ┬áThe GEARZ! One of the most popular bands from up and down the West Coast of
Florida, these guys have been rocking beach bars for years! You will hear Pink
Floyd, The Who, Beatles, and many other tunes that will have you dancing in the
water! When these guys play, the excitement rolls.

FINALE – If weather and
tides permit, the Finale will be an Impromptu Jam Session with various of the
artists performing together as never before! This will be a HOT session and you
certainly won’t want to miss this show.

Tell everyone you know
and, by the way . . . There is an article in The Tampa Bay Times, July 31st on
Page 2 B. Check it out and spread the word!

When I announced that
this was the last year, I received an overwhelming response from people who
want the Concerts to continue. If that is the case, we musicians would love to
play and entertain you. Perhaps there are enough of you that want us to
continue, that you will continue to contribute and help us cover expenses. If
that is the case, please let us know by generously donating to the "Save
The FREE Concerts" fund. If you do, we can get the help we need to
continue the Concerts, and the fun goes on. If not . . . We have a really great
Band Barge and sound equipment for sale!

The
sandbar, in "P" Channel, is just past "Broken Bridge",
between Riviera Bay and Tampa Bay.

Saturday Night Jam 04-27-2013

April 27, 2013

SATURDAY NIGHT JAM!

At The Hammer’s House . .
. A/K/A

Here we go . . . . . . Spring has sprung and summer is on the way . . . . So, we want to send you a special VIP INVITE to our regular SATURDAY NIGHT JAM! . . . . This Saturday night, April 27th, 2013. This will serve as a "Warm-Up" celebration for the Concert Afloat on Memorial Day Weekend at the sandbar!

If you have been on the list, you received an invitation before.  If this is the first one, you are now on the VIP list!  Don’t forget . . . . It’s a  musical tradition here at our place and we always have a fantastic time celebrating with friends and neighbors.

YES!

The JAM is ON!

And YOU are invited!

SATURDAY NIGHT – April 27th, 2013 . . . . we will host another Full-On, Rock the House, Party and Jam Session. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy, and all musicians are welcome to come and perform with the Cross Creek Blues Band.  We have amps, keyboard, drums, PA, and full backline all set up.

If you have attended past events, you know how much fun we have. If you have been putting off stopping by . . .  NOW is the time to join in the fun!      Don’t Miss It!

As always, you are welcome to bring a dish to share or a snack, or some wine, beer or whatever you have as a favorite drink. We do have beer on draft and a voluntary "KEG FUND"  . . . A jar on top of the Draft Beer Bar where you can donate a few bucks, just to help us defray the cost.  Come on out and join in the fun!

This is always a great party and you never know who will stop by to play some music.  Neighbors, friends, family . . . All show up and have fun! Everyone is welcome and, if you play, bring your instrument. If you sing, we have a microphone all warmed up for you!

Some wonderful friends are in the fine wine business and they usually show up with some great wines for our wine tasting room!

The JAM is ON . . . so don’t you
dare miss it!
